Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order. Our customer support team will provide a return/exchange authorization and detailed instructions.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange.

  • The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Mystery Boxes

    • Final Sale items

    • Special Promotional Offers

For Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us with a clear description and photos of the issue. Once confirmed by our team, we will provide a hassle-free replacement or refund.

Steps:

  1. Contact our service team with your order details and issue.

  2. Follow the return/exchange instructions we provide.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send the replacement within 14 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled before dispatch—free of charge.

  • Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

  • Canceled orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued based on what you actually paid (after any discounts or promotions).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
